Directions

Following the Great Fire of 1871, prominent Chicago businessman/food distributor William M. Hoyt was one of the first to rebuild on the south side of the Chicago River, not far from where Hoyt’s stands today–just off the Magnificent Mile at the Chicago River’s curve.
